Victor Garcia has a passion for assisting people, especially seniors. He also likes how every day is different at The Willows at Raleigh. With certifications in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, Victor says, “If it breaks, I can fix it!”

For him, compassion and commitment matter most. “I remind myself to have compassion because everyone has struggles we know nothing about,” he says. “Commitment is part of who I am.”

Originally from Honduras, Victor has spent half of his life in North Carolina. He’s a big fan of carne. “I could eat steak every day. I also love playing soccer on the weekends, so I can have more steak!” Victor is very active in his church and spends a lot of time with his wife and their three children.

For him, a perfect vacation would be the Bahamas—“go swimming, have a big steak, and then sit and watch the ocean.”
