Making a meaningful difference in people’s lives is a rewarding experience for Michael, and one he enjoys every day at The Willows at Raleigh. It’s also why of all of Solera Senior Living’s core values, compassion stands out the most for him.

“I have the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor, helping prospective residents decide where to make their next forever home,” he says. “Listening, understanding the needs and desires of families, and helping them understand how The Willows can offer an engaging and full retirement lifestyle is extremely fulfilling for me.”

When it comes to senior living experience, Michael has spent 15 years in the roles of consultant, executive director, general manager, and director of sales and marketing. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Cal Southern University.

Michael’s spare time is busy as well. He’s quite active in music, teaching and preaching at his local church. And when he’s not thrifting with his wife, or visiting children and grandchildren, you’ll probably find him fishing!
