Megan has been working with older adults for almost 20 years, starting in high school as a Dietary Aide for an assisted living community.

She also has ten years of experience as a Lifestyle Director (and Marketing Assistant) for senior living communities.
She loves organizing and creating community through events and activities, and considers communication a key core value. “I like when everyone is on the same page,” says Megan.

When it comes to her passions, traveling is high on the list. Megan has visited Malta, Kenya, and Belgium to name a few destinations, and she’s already looking forward to a trip to Italy. Closer to home, she and her partner enjoy camping (via an RV) as they explore the natural beauty of North Carolina.

Megan received a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Studio Art from Castleton University in Vermont. In her spare time, you might find Megan spending time with two gorgeous rescue cats, Nilla and Winston.
