Lilla Juhasz understands that everyone goes through a lot of changes as they grow older, and she’s committed to making the journey easier.

“My passion is to be a compassionate support system; a friend who helps ease the transition many seniors experience,” says Lilla. As Life Enrichment Director, she is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in residents’ lives every day. “It is important for me to be a resource for residents that can significantly impact their lives.” And while Lilla embraces all of Solera Senior Living’s core values, she says, “Creativity speaks to me the most because with creativity, we can always find ways to improve and be different.”

Originally from Hungary, she brings experience as an activities coordinator in senior living to her position at The Willows at Raleigh. Lilla received a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sports science from Campbell University, with a minor in graphic design.

In her spare time, she enjoys fitness, exploring new restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends. Guilty pleasures are croissants and lattes, and her perfect vacation is either the South of France or the Italian Riviera.
