When it comes to creating an impeccable dining experience for residents of The Willows at Raleigh and their guests, Carl draws his talents from an impressive résumé.
His 45 years in culinary have included wowing folks in country clubs, hotels, and in senior living. He also spent 20 of those years as an owner of a catering company. Cherished memories of a loved one inspired his decision to join Solera Senior Living, where he places the core value of commitment at the top of his list.
Carl is a Certified Executive Chef with a degree in culinary arts and a bachelor’s degree in business. He also served with the United States Marine Corps in Vietnam.
When he’s not making magic in the kitchen, Carl enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with his wife and three children. He also stays busy with yard work. Dream vacation? A deserted island.
