Allison Benoit

Allison Benoit brings a genuine love of people to her role as Life Enrichment Director at The Willows. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that give residents something to look forward to every day.

"Bringing moments of joy, connection, and lasting memories to a community is my passion," she says, and it shows in the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere she cultivates. She takes pride in finding creative, personalized ways to entertain and engage the people she serves. Allison holds a Master of Music in Voice Performance from East Carolina University and performs with two professional North Carolina choral ensembles.

Outside of work, she enjoys rock climbing, walking in nature, crocheting, and exploring new restaurants.
